Lava has silently launched two more Android devices, named as Iris 300 Style and 3G 412. Both devices come with bare minimumspecification and thus would be priced in the affordable range, though Lava has not yet revealed their priced yet.

As the name suggests, Lava Iris 300 Style is a handset which is designed to impress the buyers. It features a 3.5 inch display with 480×320 pixels resolution. This Android 4.2 Jelly Bean based handset has a 1 GHz dual core processor, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM of which 125 MB is available for users, and a 32 GB micro SD card slot.

The Iris 300 Style has a 2 megapixel rear camera and as expected it is not able to record HD videos. There is no LED flash either in the phone but it has a VGA front camera. Though this handset is quite thick (13.3 mm) but it is quite lightweight (weighs only 100 grams with battery). It has a 1400 mAh battery which offers an impressive 13 hours and 30 minutes of 2G talktime.

Sadly, the dual SIM Lava Iris 300 Style is a non-3G handset but it has WiFi for faster internet connectivity or else you have to use its 2G connectivity only. It has though Bluetooth, and micro USB port, and FM radio. It does not have GPS as well.

Lava 3G 412

It is a slightly better handset than the former. It comes with dual SIM with 3G connectivity. It has a bigger 4 inch display with 800×480 pixels resolution. However, it too comes with the same Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, 1 GHz dual core processor, 2 megapixel rear camera, and a VGA front camera.

This 11.7 mm thick handset weighs 120 grams with a 1500 mAh battery that claims to provide close to 10 hours of 3G talktime. It has a better 512 MB RAM but the same 512 MB ROM and 32 GB micro SD card slot. It has GPS as well apart from Bluetooth, WiFi, and FM radio.
